Operations ManagerI studied computer science at University of Quebec in Chicoutimi. My first job in operations allowed me to gain experience with complex software infrastructures. I worked with French and English speaking customers.
I was contacted by IVèS to set up the Canadian Relay Center SRV Canada VRS.
The project immediately motivated me. I decided to join the IVèS team in Montreal and contribute to the success of SRV Canada VRS. I put all my skills to the services of the deaf and the interpreters in sign language.
We have deployed the infrastructure between Vancouver, Montreal and Toronto to cover all of Canada. Passionate about technique, people and cultures I am happy to improve the technical platform of SRV Canada VRS day after day.
